As a result, you will experience a well-integrated sound, even when listening off-axis. This is important as we are rarely directly in front of the speakers when listening to music.
An added benefit is the reduction of harmonic distortion and diffractions that cause frequency distortion. Therefore the speakers always have the same power even off-axis.
This is the reason why all DALI loudspeakers have been designed not to be clamped.
