The OBERON VOKAL incorporates an oversized 29mm soft dome tweeter along with a wood fiber SMC woofer - supported by the front bass port, which makes the center speaker easy to place.
For this reason, it is the perfect choice for surround configurations. To achieve a wide dispersion in the listening area, the driver materials and geometry have been carefully selected.
The same principle has been applied to the crossover design. As a result, you will experience a well-integrated sound, even when listening off-angle. This is important as we rarely sit in front of the speakers when listening to music.
An added benefit is that harmonic distortion is reduced and the diffractions that cause frequency distortion are reduced, so it is stronger in off-axis response. This is also the reason why all DALI loudspeakers are not designed to be built-in.
