Although it is already common in other products of the firm, the S360DB have a planar tweeter, developed in collaboration with Fostex that achieve high frequencies of the most defined and detailed, without sibilance.
The woofer, on the other hand, has been created by German engineers with high technology KLIPPEL, and a clear sound profile, devoid of metallic nuances and distortions, and with a very interesting bass punch, which is also combined with the wireless subwoofer. At the same time, the S360DB features the latest electro-acoustic technology, and takes full advantage of the capabilities of the Texas Instruments TLV320AIC3254 processor, in combination with its own DSP.
The Edifier S360DB meets high-resolution standards, thanks to its TAS5754M amplifier that complements its PCM9211 DAC.
One of the strengths of these S360DBs is the addition of the wireless, bass-reflex ported 8' subwoofer, which eliminates harmonics, hiss and possible hum present during playback.
Both the subwoofer and satellite speakers are made with a wooden MDF enclosure to reduce resonance and finished with a wood-colored vinyl film. The absence of grilles on the speakers shows the aluminum subwoofer diffusers and speaker units.
If there is one thing that makes the S360DB stand out, it is the versatility of its connections.
Its two pairs of RCA inputs allow you to connect any analog sound source such as a Hi-Res or CD player. If you prefer to use it with the TV and get the full performance in your movies, you can choose to use its optical and coaxial digital input.
Finally and thanks to its Bluetooth 4.1 with aptX, this S360DB is fully compatible with your smartphone or tablet.
Y encima, bonitos.Compré ayer a las 17:00 estos Edifier. A las 9:00 de hoy ya los tenía ..... eso es rapidez. Perfecto empaquetado. Ya conocía la marca pues han sustituido a unos Edifier 1850DB a los que no he podido añadir el Sub.... por un problema en la conexión de salida del 1850 DB creemos. Así que he pillado estos que suenan de maravilla, no les he dado aun mucha tralla, sólo probarlos y encantado. Si buscáis mejorar sonido de Tv y variedad de entradas para otros cacharros aquí tenéis equipo para disfrutar. Y lo dicho, además muy bonitos ..... espero que la gata no los pinte de blanco.... se le cae el pelo más que a mí. Y en cuanto a Zococity, como indico en la reseña del Edifier T5 gran servicio y buenísima atención post-venta. Tienda absolutamente recomendable. Creo que ya tengo lo que buscaba pero de necesitar algo en alguna ocasión ya tengo donde buscar y comprar. Un saludo.
