FiiO UTWS5

The UTWS5 is the first truly wireless receiver to use a stand-alone AK4332 DAC. Compared to the previous generation, the UTWS5 amplifier has a lower noise floor, high signal-to-noise ratio and 40% higher output power.

Reaching new Bluetooth milestones with the top-of-the-line Qualcomm QCC5141

One must continue to challenge oneself to continually set new standards of excellence. The Qualcomm QCC5141 in the UTWS5 brings two major upgrades compared to the previous generation QCC3020. The QCC5141 not only brings a significant leap in high-resolution music decoding, it also brings a significant improvement to calls with support for aptX Voice HD Voice technology.

3rd generation TWS mode more reliability and less latency

Qualcomm's third-generation TWS Mirroring, as used in the UTWS5, effectively reduces latency and jitter for a better experience. Unlike TWS+, TWS Mirroring allows seamless switching between being connected to the primary and secondary ear units. This allows for greater compatibility with multiple Bluetooth devices, all with lower latency and more reliable connections.

Bluetooth 5.2 with Hi-Res 24bit/96kHz support

Thanks to the Snapdragon suite of audio technologies, you can truly experience high-resolution wireless audio no matter what you're doing. Support for aptX adaptive lets you listen to 96 kHz/24-bit high-resolution audio, all with lower latency. And aptX voice enables 32 kHz super wideband voice calls for true high-definition calls over Bluetooth.

Unrivaled wireless charging

Not only does the charging case have a massive 800 mAh battery that can provide up to 30 hours of battery life, but it is also capable of wireless charging, for the ultimate convenience of true cable freedom.

More adjustment levels

Compared to the previous generation, the UTWS5 now features 32 levels of volume adjustment instead of 26 levels to allow you to more precisely set the volume you want for your audio.

Give your headphones a safer home

The new charging case not only offers the great robustness of aluminum but also has an extended capacity to hold any headset for quick and easy charging, pairing and storage.

Large, ultra-sensitive buttons

The UTWS5 is not a case of form over function. The attractive, large touch button not only looks and feels better than normal buttons, but has also been designed to improve responsiveness and reduce errors. With simple touches, you can quickly access the controls you want.

Water resistant

IPX4 rated, don't worry about the UTWS5, it can't be damaged neither by sweat nor rain while you move from life.

Apps at your disposal

Through the FiiO Control or FiiO Music applications, you can adjust channel balance and other audio options. Continuous firmware updates driven through the app, as well as updates to the app itself will ensure a stable user experience for years to come.

Pros:
