Developed in the purest tradition of Focal bookshelf speakers, Vestia Nº1 offers precision with a small size and without sacrificing details. This 2-way bass-reflex speaker integrates Focal technologies such as the Slatefiber membrane made of recycled carbon fibers, manufactured in our workshops in France, and the TAM inverted dome tweeter with an "M" profile, which sublimates the treble.
Thanks to a choice of harmonious and refined finishes - white or black leather effect front, Black High Gloss, Dark Wood or Light Wood sides - these speakers integrate easily into all interiors. Designed for all music lovers, it can be perfectly integrated into rooms of up to 30 m².
The special legs for Vesta Nº1 that are offered as an option have a "slanted" profile that allows the soundstage to be more centered on the listener, making it even more immersive.
Slatefiber technology, exclusive to Focal, is based on the use of non-woven recycled carbon fibers, sandwiched between two layers of a thermoplastic polymer.
In their search for perfection, Focal engineers have chosen to use non-woven carbon fibers oriented in the same direction to obtain more rigidity, cushioning and lightness, the three essential pillars of a good speaker. The Slatefiber membrane is manufactured in France, in the Focal workshops.
This tweeter, also manufactured in France in the Focal workshops, has an inverted dome diaphragm in aluminum/magnesium alloy with the famous "M" profile characteristic of Focal. This profile gives it more rigidity, reduces distortion and provides a wider diffusion angle. The treble it reproduces is even more accurate.
Vestia loudspeakers feature a front vent that increases frontal impact and a rear vent that provides enveloping bass: a bass-reflex profile that enhances soundstage depth.
