It is built on a soft-touch, polymer housing, topped with a copper-colored rim and a watch crown-style volume wheel.

iFi incorporates a high quality chip microphone, which allows calls, hands-free calling and access to Apple and Google voice assistants.

Its USB-C charging port provides greater flexibility as it works with audio input and allows USB connection from source devices without added Bluetooth connectivity. It supports high-resolution PCM audio data up to 24-bit / 96 kHz.

The iFi Go Blu uses Qualcomm's latest quad-core QCC5100 Bluetooth processing chip to ensure that all current high-definition Bluetooth audio formats are supported.

It is capable of decoding aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, LDAC, HWA, aptX regular and aptX low latency, as well as AAC and SBC.

All devices are handled with the highest audio resolution allowed by their specification and with the most complete wireless support. Go Blu guarantees the best range, stability and performance.

The 32-bit Cirrus Logic DAC is at the heart of the Go Blu. This is combined with a custom digital filter to minimize pre-echoes, and a precision clocking system to ensure ultra-low jitter, thus reducing errors and distortion in the digital audio signal.

The amplifier circuitry benefits from symmetrical dual mono signal paths and uses iFi's Direct Drive, direct-coupled design concept to ensure a clean signal path with no distortion-inducing output coupling capacitors.

The amplifier stage delivers up to 5.6 V, considerably more power than other devices of similar size, handling even relatively difficult headphone loads with ease.

To ensure that the signal strength matches the sensitivity of the connected headphones, the automatic gain adjusts the output up or down by 6dB.

Obtaining the lowest noise and the best channel separation is the main objective of Go Blu.

It features a 4.4mm Pentaconn output that allows balanced headphones to take full advantage of every element of the amplifier.

The standard 3.5mm output, meanwhile, benefits from iFi's patented S-Balanced circuitry. This reduces crosstalk and related distortion by half when used with regular single-ended headphone connections, this is especially beneficial with high sensitivity internal monitors.

Both outputs are gold plated to resist tarnish and maintain optimum contact quality.
