NAD C368

The NAD C368 is an amplifier with aptX Bluetooth connection and various features that make it a more than powerful amplifier as well as a hybrid.

The two available MDC slots can accommodate a variety of upgrade modules including 4K HDMI support, more digital inputs, more analog and phono inputs, and one of the most advanced multi-room high-resolution sound systems available, the BluOS music management, developed by Bluesound.

BluOS connects to your network and is controlled via a smartphone, tablet or computer to browse your entire music collection and also connects to a growing list of high-quality music streaming services.

You can immediately connect to the NAD C368 via Bluetooth, allowing you to send music wirelessly from any compatible device. The high-performance aptX codec is fully supported for CD-quality sound.

By adding the optional BluOS module you will have access to your local network via Wi-FI or cable and you will add high-resolution audio streaming. The BluOS module also turns the C 368 from a single-zone streamer to a complete wireless multi-room music system that is fully compatible with BluOS wireless electronics and speakers.

The C 338 includes Wi-Fi and network streaming. It also allows access to Internet radio and can serve as a UPnP client for network streaming from a local NAS library.

NAD has developed better performing circuits based on switching power supplies and Class D power stages. The power supply is capable of 200 watts continuous and over 600 watts instantaneous to enable short musical transitions. It can work with any plug from 100 to 240 volts and provides continuous current to all stages of the Nad C 368.

This highly efficient power supply also provides near perfect voltage regulation across a wide range of conditions and offers a solid noise-free foundation for the amplification stages.

The NAD C 368 uses a custom version of the proven Hypex UcD output stage. This allows massive power with almost negligible distortion and noise. Every detail of this amplifier has been carefully designed and perfectly executed to bring out every last drop of performance.
