The Neo MK2 power supply is an advanced turntable power supply that provides user-controllable fine speed adjustment, advanced anti-vibration motor circuit, and the convenience of electronic speed change.
The Neo MK2 will be a welcome addition to any compatible Rega turntable by reducing motor noise, improving speed stability and rotational speed accuracy.
The Neo MK2 power supply is compatible with the following Rega turntable models:
P3-24 / RP3 / Planar 3 2016-current / RP6 / P5 / P7 / RP40 special edition / RP8 Or any older Rega turntable equipped with our aftermarket 24v upgrade kit.
Using the same DSP (digital signal processing) generator found in the Planar 10 power supply, the Neo MK2 is built on a high-stability crystal.
The DSP generator will split the precise signal from the crystal to the exact frequency required to rotate the platter at the selected speed while producing a near perfect sine waveform to drive the 24v motor. Fine adjustment of speed is done via the rear panel with the supplied custom Neo adjustment tool (supplied).
Planar 6 and Planar 8 turntable models that include the Neo will now ship with the MK2 Neo supplied as standard.
