Sennheiser HD 560S, high-performance analytical sound

The new Sennheiser HD 560S are Sennheiser's most analytical headphones to date.

Its linear acoustics withstand the longest listening sessions and deliver smooth yet impactful bass performance.

Sound honesty

Today's audiophiles listen closely to their music on a variety of systems, such as headphone amplifiers, audio interfaces, computers, etc.

The HD 560S delivers the linear performance that audio enthusiasts demand, at a superior value. Whether for pleasure or productivity reasons, the listener hears a crystal clear version of your music.

Open headphones for open minds

The HD 560S has an open design that allows waves to spread naturally.

The angled driver adjustment is based on Ergonomic Acoustic Refinement (E.A.R.) technology, which recreates the optimal triangular listening position used in high-fidelity speaker installations and professional recording studios.

With this combination, you can enjoy neutral, spacious and articulate sound from the comfort of your home, without having to worry about how objects in an enclosed space can affect the quality of your music.

Pure Sennheiser sound

The HD 560S transducers are tuned for greater precision, offering reliable comparisons of components, mixes and media formats. The entire frequency range appears with the highest fidelity, along with a smooth, deep bass extension that reveals what near-field speakers cannot (especially the ranges between 20 and 50 Hz).

The 120 ohm transducer is brand new. Its membrane features a specialized polymer blend for greater linear excursion and superior performance starting at 10 Hz. The driver magnet delivers efficient power, while the steel mesh damping system manages ventilation.

The result? A deeper bass, capable of mitigating distortion and providing a quality that the most expert listeners will be able to appreciate. Whether evaluating a new high-resolution master or re-listening to an old preamp, the HD 560S gives you reliable, fatigue-free listening.

Comfort as a main value

Although the sound of the HD 560S is based on the reference levels of the beloved HD 660S, its comfort mechanics are inspired by the chassis of our ultralight HD 599 headphones.

Headphones with this level of neutrality can only have a distraction-free fit and be so light in weight that you barely notice you're wearing them.

The velor ear cushions provide velvety contact with your skin, and the around-the-ear design offers benefits that are not limited to sound: the earpiece is ventilated and cool, and does not come into contact with the listener's ear.

Connected to everything

To adapt to the variety of systems that an audiophile uses today, we have developed in the HD 560S a uniform experience in any playback system.

The removable 3-meter cable gives you the ideal amount of freedom to access all your equipment, regardless of its orientation.

The 6.3 mm connector is compatible with your headphone amplifiers, audio interfaces and most hi-fi devices.

If that's not enough, the flexible 3.5mm adapter lets you get the most out of your reference material on portable digital players and many other devices.
