The Topping E50 is one of the most compact and best performing Topping DACs in its portfolio.

It features audio components that have been tested by pure audiophiles. It mounts an ESS ES9068AS DAC chip, and an XMOS XU216 USB interface, for reading high-resolution files and decoding MQA.

So, with its gigantic figures, this little DAC has a lot to offer to your portable audio system.

Transparent audio

The Topping E50's D/A conversion stage features the latest ESS ES9068AS DAC for transparent and detailed sound.

Thus, you get excellent performance with very low distortion of 0.00009% and a dynamic range of 126 dB.

Advanced USB interface

The Topping E50 mounts a second-generation 16-core XMOS XU216 XMOS chip with a custom Thesycon controller.

Associated with the DAC, the combination of the USB interface allows the transmission of a neutral and balanced sound, with high resolution support up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and MQA.

The USB input uses CPLD to process the clock signal and reduce the jitter level.

Complete in connections

The DAC also benefits from a wide range of connections to suit all audio systems.

With this, we have USB-B, optical Toslink and coaxial inputs. As for outputs, the E50 offers unbalanced RCA and dual 6.35mm TRS connector for the balanced output. The TRS output does not support any adapter to convert the signal to balanced and cannot be connected directly to headphones.

The E50 is powered by 5VDC, via DC jack or from USB-B. You can also take advantage of the automatic on/off function, for ease of use of the device.

Magnífico sonido, detallado, nítido y equilibrado. Compré el combo E50 + L50 y lo estoy disfrutando con los Fiio Fh7(en baja ganancia y con cables balanceados) y el resultado es inmejorable ( con grabaciones 24/96, 24/192 o DSD bien hechas disfruto como nunca lo había hecho antes). El trato recibido por el equipo de Zococity de 10 (tuve un problemilla con el E50 y me lo subsanaron rápidamente). Por cierto tened cuidado con el selector de ganancia del L50. Tiene 3 niveles pero hay ¡¡14 decibelios!! entre uno y otro. Sobre el papel debe ser capaz de mover cualquier auricular por difícil que sea.

Muy buen sonido, muy buen sevicio de tienda.

El Topping E50 es excelente, con un sonido algo distinto al E30 y decodifica absolutamente todo. El servicio de zococity perfecto y rápido como siempre. La única pena ha sido comprarlo antes de los días sin IVA.
